Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction and TSAC through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris has been a certified professional member with the NSCA since 2001. Chris completed his undergraduate degree at Slippery Rock University in Physical Education with a minor in Sport Management and Athletic Training. Chris is a highly experienced strength/human performance coach with the educational background as well as hands on experience as a long time college athlete and amateur athlete:

  • • Uechi Ryu Karate,
  • • Dedication to Sport,
  • • Catch Wrestling,
  • • Backcountry Skiing

Chris has mentored and trained under World Class Sport Performance Coaches Todd Durkin and Mike Boyle. Chris is always continuing his education and looking for a “better way” to improve overall human performance.

Chris started Rusnock Sports Performance and Fitness in 2004 and has now developed a small dream into something even bigger.
